Emily Kay Cotter and Steven Dominic Ricci wed June 1, 2013 in Juneau with a reception following at the Juneau Arts & Culture Center.
The bride is the daughter of Lawrence and Sue Cotter of Juneau and Diana Runde of Galena, Ill. She graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School, attended Emerson College, and will earn her Master’s of Public Health from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She is employed with the State of Alaska.
